One Week to Go Before the Irish Funds Annual Global Funds Conference 2026

With just one week to go, anticipation is building for the Irish Funds Annual Global Funds Conference 2026, which will take place on 1 October at The Convention Centre Dublin. More than 500 senior professionals from across the global asset management ecosystem are expected to attend, with over 50 global asset management firms represented.

Held under the theme "Ireland: Powering the Global Investment Future", this year's conference comes at a significant moment for the industry as Ireland holds the Presidency of the Council of the European Union. The event will bring together policymakers, regulators, industry leaders and innovators to discuss the opportunities and challenges shaping the future of investment management.

A distinguished speaker line-up includes An Taoiseach Micheál Martin, Maria Luís Albuquerque, Commissioner for Financial Services and the Savings and Investments Union, Sir Jeremy Hunt, former UK Chancellor of the Exchequer, Gabriel Makhlouf of the Central Bank of Ireland, leading AI researcher Dr Abeba Birhane, and international footballer Pico Lopes.

Conference sessions will explore key industry topics including private assets and ETFs, tokenisation and digital assets, regulation and EU policy, and next-generation investing and financial literacy, alongside contributions from a wide range of expert panellists and industry practitioners.

Online registration closes on Monday, 28 September, with walk-in registrations available at on-site rates.
