Irish Funds TY Financial Literacy Programme Wraps Up for Christmas
Thursday, 18 December 2025
The Irish Funds TY Financial Literacy Programme concluded its final sessions before Christmas this week. A huge thank you to our sponsor, Deloitte, for their continued support in helping to deliver the programme.
This term, the programme was rolled out to 13 schools across 11 counties, engaging more than 300 Transition Year students. The dynamic and interactive programme introduced students to key topics including financial literacy, digital finance, sustainable investing, saving strategies and essential life competencies. As part of the experience, each student also had the opportunity to create and manage their own Financial Times investment portfolio.
A huge thank you to our industry volunteers who generously gave their time and expertise to deliver engaging and impactful sessions throughout the term.
Congratulations to the following schools for successfully completing the programme:
Cashel Secondary School, Tipperary
Ardscoil Rís Secondary School, Dublin
