Irish Funds Future Leaders Programme Drives Growth and Connection Across the Industry

The Irish Funds Future Leaders Programme is empowering emerging professionals in Ireland’s funds and asset management sector by equipping them with the skills, connections, and confidence to drive the industry forward.

Designed to foster growth and collaboration, the programme brings together rising talent from member firms, creating opportunities to learn, network, and develop alongside peers. Participants benefit from interactive sessions, mentorship, and networking opportunities, enabling them to:

The next Future Leaders event will take place on Thursday, 29 January, in partnership with the Irish Debt Securities Association (IDSA), hosted by Byrne Wallace Shields LLP and Apex Group Ltd. Due to high demand, the event is now at capacity, with a limited waitlist available.

This initiative is invite-only, and Member firms are encouraged to nominate a future leader to participate and, in doing so, will receive early notification of upcoming Future Leaders events.
