Ireland's Women in Finance Charter Recognised as an Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Champion

Ireland's Women in Finance Charter was recognised as an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Champion by the Association and Institute Awards last week.

The Association and Institutes Awards celebrate the most innovative individuals and companies driving excellence in Ireland's business sector.

Launched in April 2022, Ireland’s Women in Finance Charter means that for the first time ever, financial services companies, supported by the Government, have come together to ensure increased participation of women at all levels of their businesses. 

In Ireland the charter is led by four trade associations: Financial Services Ireland (FSI), Insurance Ireland, Banking & Payments Federation Ireland and Irish Funds. The Charter currently has 87 firms as signatories, with over 67,000 employees.
