Ireland’s Women in Finance Charter Reaches a Milestone of 100 Charter Signatories

This week, we celebrate Gender Equality Week in the European Parliament and are delighted to announce that Ireland’s Women in Finance Charter has achieved the significant milestone of 100 signatories.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to our member firms for being among the first 100 to commit to ambitious targets for gender balance. Their exemplary leadership in this initiative is highly commendable.

We express our profound appreciation to our esteemed 2024 signatories: Prescient Fund Services, PineBridge Investments Ireland, Fineco Asset Management, IQ-EQ Fund Services, BBH, K&L Gates, McCann Fitzgerald, Arthur Cox, and Fidelity Investments. Your invaluable support has been pivotal in reaching this remarkable milestone.

Building on the success of the Charter, Irish Funds, FSI, Insurance Ireland, BPFI and Enterprise Ireland are excited to host a series of Best Practice events in 2025.

Launched in April 2022, Ireland’s Women in Finance Charter means that for the first time ever, financial services companies, supported by the Government, have come together to ensure increased participation of women at all levels of their businesses.

Irish Funds members can start the process of signing up to the charter by contacting us at WomenInFinance@irishfunds.ie.

This is a vital initiative that will have a positive impact on current and future generations.
