In September 2021, Enniscorthy-based INDOS Financial (Ireland) Depositary Limited, part of JTC’s recently acquired INDOS Financial business, received regulatory approval from the Central Bank of Ireland to provide depositary services to authorised, non-retail AIFs which are closed-ended and generally do not invest in financial instruments. These AIFs will typically invest in private equity, real estate, or infrastructure asset classes.

The approval of the Irish depositary licence for INDOS has enhanced JTC’s range of sophisticated fund solutions, with the provision of fund oversight services, including depositary for UK and non-EU domiciled funds.
