Eight Schools Across Seven Counties Last Month: Irish Funds Financial Literacy Programme Update

There was outstanding participation in eight schools across seven counties over the past month. In each session students were led by fantastic industry volunteers and learnt about financial literacy, digital finance, sustainable investing, and life competencies. They also had the opportunity to set up their Financial Times Schools portfolios.

Over the next few months we will reach twenty three schools across sixteen counties, highlighting the positive impacts of regionalisation in the funds industry. A huge thank you to our sponsor, Deloitte for their continued support in making this programme a success!

Schools beginning programme:

  • St. Peter's College Dunboyne, Meath with Marco Pieralisi from Caceis.

  • Sandymount Park ETSS with Jarod Bromley from Deloitte.

  • St Olivers Community College Drogheda, Louth with Jim Meegan from Deloitte.

Completed schools:

  • St. Eunan's College, Donegal with Enda Dooley and Rory Mulligan from PGIM and Conor Gillespie from Deloitte.

  • Loreto Convent Letterkenny, Donegal with Conor Gillespie from Deloitte.

  • Colaiste Chiarain Athlone, Roscommon with Ciara Summers and Alan Cuddihy from Deloitte.
