DoF Feedback Statement on ATAD Interest Limitation Ratio (ILR)

The Department of Finance have published a Feedback Statement on ATAD Interest Limitation Ratio with responses due by 16 August. The International Tax WG is preparing a draft response to this feedback statement.

To assist stakeholders in focusing their responses to the second ATAD ILR Feedback Statement, the Department of Finance is providing stakeholders with the opportunity to join a consultation discussion from 14:30 to 16:30 on Monday 19 July 2021. This will allow stakeholders to clarify any aspects of the second Feedback Statement in advance of the closing date for the public consultation on Monday 16 August 2021. All interested parties are welcome to attend, but advance registration is required via email (ctreview@finance.gov.ie).
