CSA Insights Event Draws Strong Member Engagement and Practical Regulatory Discussion
Thursday, 24 September 2026
Irish Funds recently welcomed its members to the CSA Insights: Compliance, Risk and Internal Audit Priorities for 2027 event, bringing together industry professionals for timely discussions on regulatory developments, supervisory expectations and governance priorities shaping the years ahead.
The event provided members with a valuable opportunity to engage directly with representatives from the Central Bank of Ireland while also exploring practical lessons emerging from the 2025 Common Supervisory Action (CSA). Through a series of panel discussions and interactive engagement, attendees gained insights into regulatory engagement, supervisory priorities and the evolving governance landscape, with a particular focus on supporting firms' 2027 planning.
A key theme throughout the session was the value of candid peer discussion and the sharing of practical experiences. Speakers and panellists explored what has worked well across the industry, lessons learned from recent supervisory activity and areas that organisations should prioritise as regulatory expectations continue to evolve.
Irish Funds extends its sincere thanks to Forvis Mazars for sponsoring the event and to all speakers and panellists who contributed their expertise and perspectives. Special recognition is also due to the Internal Audit Working Group, whose leadership and input helped shape the agenda and ensure the discussions remained focused on the issues most relevant to members.
The strong level of interest and engagement demonstrated throughout the event reflected the importance of collaboration, regulatory dialogue and knowledge-sharing across the funds and asset management industry. Irish Funds would like to thank all members who attended and contributed to a highly interactive and productive session.
