Natasha Haugh Joined as Director, Member Services at Irish Funds

Irish Funds, the voice of the funds and asset management industry in Ireland, has announced the appointment of Natasha Haugh as its new Director of Member Services.

Natasha has over 25 years’ experience in the funds and asset management industry in Ireland. During her career she has worked with some of the world's leading fund managers and administrators, across multiple disciplines. In her latest position she worked at the field of relationship management which will be a great base for her new position.

Irish Funds created its Member Services division 2 years ago and the team is focusing on managing their membership base with more than 150 firms and 5500+ direct member contacts. The Member Services Team supports the mission, vision and values of Irish Funds.

Prior to joining Irish Funds, Natasha was Director of Relationship Management with Carne, where she was responsible for the company’s relationship management of key clients, she also provided Designated Person and Directorship services to clients Prior to this she was Head of Offshore and Onshore Service Delivery Management at BNY Mellon.

Natasha will lead the Member Services team which plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support and services to the Association’s 150+ member organisations. The team drives engagement with and between our members, including facilitating a range of technical, advocacy and promotional briefings and industry events, responding to queries, and ensuring members maximise the value of their relationship with the association.

In addition to working directly with member firms, the Member Services Team oversees our Working Group structure with over 700 industry participants to drive delivery of our strategic objectives. Through ongoing management, interaction, and facilitation, the team sources expertise from across our membership to contribute to these groups, fostering a collaborative environment where members can connect and share insights, challenges, and solutions.
