Furio Pietribiasi is responsible for Mediolanum Business Operations in Ireland and Luxembourg.
He is Managing Director of Mediolanum International Funds, Member of the Board of Mediolanum International Life.
He is Chairman of Financial Services Ireland (part of IBEC) and he is also member of the BoD of the Irish Association of Investment Managers, where he previously served as Chairman as well as member of different advisory groups of the Taoiseach Department for Asset management and Funds.
He has been chairing the FSI Fintech task force and co-chairing the Brexit Stream of the Anglo-Irish Dialogue between City of London and FSI.
Over the years, he has also been an active investor in the Fintech Start-up space and he has been serving as BoD member in some these fast growing Fintech start-ups, such as Soldo Financial Services in Ireland and previously in Prima Assicurazioni in Italy.
He recently founded under the aegis of the Italian Embassy in Ireland the Italian Chamber of Commerce and he is the current Chairman of the Board.
Marie Dzanis is the senior managing executive for EMEA. She has responsibility for overseeing the governance, operations, business development and talent of Northern Trust Asset Management.
Marie is on the boards of Northern Trust Global Funds, PLC; Northern Trust Funds Managers (Ireland) Limited, Northern Trust Investment Funds, Northern Trust Securities Inc. She serves on the Northern Trust Asset Management Executive Committee, and the Northern Trust EMEA Executive Committee.
Prior to joining Northern Trust in 2011, she held executive and leadership positions at iShares/Blackrock, JPMorgan Asset Management and Smith Barney. Marie’s comprehensive business acumen is demonstrated by having successfully managed multiple channels and the profitable growth of several lines of business in the institutional, intermediary and wealth channels. Her multifacted career began as a financial advisor and subsequently includes experience in securities lending and trading, product development, product sales, sales management and branch management.
As a recognized industry leader with more than 25 years of investment management experience, Marie has been awarded a top "Women To Watch" award from Investment News in 2017 and “Top Women in Asset Management” award by Money Management Executive in May 2015. In addition, she is on the women’s board of the University of Chicago Cancer Foundation, involved in Women in ETFs, is on the Advisory Board for BlinkNow Foundation and is a producer for the Maggie Doyne documentary called “Love Letters to my Children.”
CARIN BRYANS: SENIOR COUNTRY OFFICER & CEO J.P. MORGAN BANK IRELAND
As Senior Country Officer for J.P. Morgan Chase in Ireland, Carin oversees J.P. Morgan’s businesses. In Ireland, JPMorgan provides services to Irish domiciled funds and also acts as the EMEA hub for all Alternative Investment Fund servicing JPMorgan also provides cash management services to institutional, multi-national and corporate clients with a presence in Ireland and is the HQ for JPMorgan’s European merchant acquiring business. The Dublin office also has a growing technology engineering team which supports the broader group.
Carin also has responsibility for JPMorgan’s businesses in the Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey).
Carin is Irish, but received an Undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin, spent a year working in France for Zenith Data Systems, and returned to Ireland in 1990 to take up a position at Chase Manhattan Bank. Since then, she has held a wide variety of roles at the firm, and also received an MBA from The Michael Smurfit Business School.
Carin currently Chairs the IFSC Funds Group, served from 2015-2018 on the IFS 2020 Advisory Group, was the Chair of the Irish Funds Industry Association for 2010/2011 and held a Non-Executive Director position at the Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ISPCA), the largest animal welfare society in Ireland from 2013 to 2019.
Carin is a board member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ireland, and is the President of the association for 2020.
