Audrey leads the Talent and Organisation practice within Accenture’s Strategy and Management Consulting business in Ireland. Audrey has spent most of her career working on large scale business transformation programmes, particularly in the Financial Services sector, both in Ireland and the UK. In recent years, she has led a range of workforce transformation programmes, spanning Digital & IT change, cost reduction and outsourcing as well as supporting a number of clients on their talent management agendas, ranging from learning and rapid re-skilling, organisation model design, future workforce planning and cultural change management.
Audrey is one of Accenture’s global leads on Change Capability and Enterprise Agility, topics she is passionate about bringing to clients who truly want to drive organisation transformation. She has supported and co-authored a number of Accenture’s Point of View on Change and Re-Skilling. Since the Covid-19 crisis, she has led Accenture Ireland’s Remote Working Campaign for its 4,500 employees in Ireland.
Dr Allan Kearns lectures on culture, governance and risk management for the Institute of Banking. Allan's particular interest lies in communicating the pivotal importance of the "people" factors underpinning effective risk management and governance of financial institutions. He has worked across a variety of leadership positions, including risk management, and analytics. Allan is also board chair of the Asthma Society of Ireland.
Terri Dempsey runs the Operational Client service groups providing administration services to a variety of clients for State Street Fund Services. She has been in this role for two and a half years. Previously Terri had held similar operational roles at Managing Director level within the Alternatives Investment Services part of State Street for about 12 years servicing clients in the Hedge and Alternatives space. She has broad operational experience developed in her tenure with State Street.
John Ruane is Vice President and leads Fidelity Ireland’s FI Operations and Global Accounts Payable teams. Prior to this role, John served as the Chief Financial Officer for Fidelity Ireland, responsible for Ireland business support and partnership, working closely with the Ireland leadership team and business customers.
Prior to his role as Chief Financial Officer for Fidelity Investments Ireland, John was responsible for the accounting function within the International Finance Group. During his time in this role , John was a key driver of the process improvement within the International Finance Group, and business partnership with Fidelity’s asset management business, with responsibility for accounting, tax and financial compliance.
John is a Chartered Accountant and joined Fidelity from PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2009, where he was an Audit Manager in the Investment Management Group. John studied Accounting and Finance at Dublin City University.
Martina Kelly is Director of Funds at the Institute of Banking having joined the IoB in January 2020. Prior to that she was Head of Markets Policy Division within the Central Bank of Ireland with responsibility for the formulation of policy in relation to investment funds, investment firms, markets and market infrastructure.
Martina has considerable experience in investment funds policy and regulation having led the Central Bank’s work in this area for many years at both a domestic and international level.
