This webinar will explore the diversity of diversity itself in the funds industry. It will look at the academic basis for diversity to enhance good governance and the diversity considerations for stock selection in investment management. The discussion will investigate the triggers for enhancing diversity in organisations and from a practical perspective, how such triggers can be considered for creating KPI's and action points. The challenge of capturing data points on diversity other than gender will be reflected on by the panel in addition to how such data can affect positive changes in corporate culture. Speakers from investment management, human resources, academia and governance will address how enhanced diversity can be promoted by industry participants such as investment funds, management companies and investment managers.
