Join us on Tuesday, 19th May, for an in-person session on financial sanctions, organised by our AML Specialist Group.

In an era of increasing geopolitical instability, compliance with restrictive measures is becoming ever more complex and fast-paced. Our session will explore the evolving regulatory landscape, highlight practical challenges in complying with restrictive measures regimes, and give guidance on how to mitigate non-implementation and circumvention risks. We will be joined by representatives from the Central Bank of Ireland, who will outline their wider supervisory priorities for the funds sector, discuss the Bank’s role regarding financial sanctions, and present lessons learned from recent supervisory engagements in the sanctions space.

Following remarks from Tony Cahalan, Head of Division, Financial Integrity, we will dive deeper into these themes with our guests from the Bank as well as experienced industry practitioners, representing the view of management companies and fund administrators.

Don’t miss the chance to hear from CBI and connect with your peers.
