Lisa Kealy leads EY’s Wealth and Asset Management (WAM) Practice and is a member of EY’s European WAM Leadership Committee. Lisa is EY’s Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) leader for Europe and chairs our global ETF Committee. She has been an assurance partner with the firm for the past 12 years and has extensive experience in advising clients on various aspects of accounting, regulatory and operational change.
Lisa is the current Chair of Irish Funds and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences in Europe and contributor to leading financial services industry publications.
Lisa holds a first class honours degree in Pure Mathematics from Trinity College Dublin and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, from which she holds a practicing certificate.
Craig MacDonald joined HarbourVest in 2005 in Boston, transferring to London in 2009 and then Dublin in 2019 to serve as head of office. He focuses on originating, evaluating, and executing direct co-investments in growth equity and buyout transactions, primarily in Europe and has worked on investments including CallCredit, Finanzcheck, Flexera Software, Nordax, Photobox, and Xpressdocs.
Craig joined the Firm from Morgan Stanley in New York where he was an analyst focusing on consumer finance. Craig’s prior experience also includes investment banking analyst positions with Citigroup Global Markets in New York and London.
Craig received a BA in Political Science and Information Systems (with honors and distinction) from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill in 2001, where he was a Morehead Scholar.
James is a global economist at HSBC. He joined the Economics team in 2013 and much of his work focuses on longer-term trends and themes, and the impact that they have on the economy and policy decisions today. Much of his work is focused on demographic data and trends, which extends to consumer trends, urbanisation and technology adoption.
Michael is Commercial Leader for Mercer’s Investment Solutions in Europe. Via this role, Michael is responsible for supporting the design and implementation of investment arrangements for a broad range of large institutional investors across Europe including pension funds, insurance companies, endowments and foundations. Prior to this role Michael was Head of Portfolio Management in Irish Life Investment Managers (ILIM) and previously held a number of senior investment management and consultancy roles.
Michael is a CFA Charterholder and holds a B.Comm from University College Dublin.
