| The IFIA is hosting an industry Seminar on Wednesday, June 6 at the Institute of Bankers, Auditorium from 8:30am to 10:30am. The seminar is structured in three parts covering; (i) Taxation issues, including FATCA, International Tax Reporting issues, Withholding tax issues, FIN 48, etc. (ii) Accounting issues, including, FRED 48, IFRS 12, IFRS 13, IAASA feedback on financial statements, Proposed EU Audit & Accounting Directives, Dodd Frank, etc (iii) Regulatory developments, including regulatory disclosures (transaction costs, VaR, related party disclosures), AIFMD, Corporate Governance Code, Offshore regulatory issues.
