| ESMA have now published their Final Report on AIFMD Level 2 Implementing Measures to the EU Commission, which can be downloaded by clicking here. To coincide with this the IFIA is hosting a free seminar, “AIFMD Level 2 Impact”, with leading industry experts, including Richard Stobo from ESMA. The agenda is as follows: Welcome – Eoin Fitzgerald, Chairman of IFIA Alternative Investment Committee & IFIA Council member ESMA Final Report on the Level 2 Measures - Richard Stobo, ESMA. Panel Discussion: Ian Headon – (Moderator) Senior Vice President, Northern Trust and Chair of IFIA AIFMD Task Force Jiri Krol – Director of Government and Regulatory Affairs, AIMA Peter Stapleton - Partner, Maples & Calder Herdeep Dosanjh - Executive Director, Morgan Stanley James Greig - Partner, PwC Richard Stobo - ESMA Closing Comments – Kieran Fox, IFIA Drinks reception The seminar will take place in the Savoy Hotel on the Strand, London, WC2R 0EU at 4.30pm for a 5pm start, with a drinks reception to follow at approximately 6.15pm.
