| The IFIA is hosting an industry seminar/update on Wednesday, February 1, at the Institute of Bankers, Auditorium from 12 noon to 1pm. The seminar will cover the recent developments in the AIFM Directive including the Level 2 measures published by ESMA in November and the process which will be followed between now and July when the Commission are expected to publish the final AIFMD Level 2 measures. The main technical areas covered in the seminar will include requirements relating to depositaries; scope, the treatment of 3rd countries; transparency, reporting and valuation.
